It's Monday. Yes, you've had the weekend, but somehow those two days just didn't make up for the five days that preceded them. This happens to me frequently. As a lover of naps, sleeping in and generally lazing about, the weekend is prime time for me to relax. Monday always hits like a brick wall.
Though I can usually relax into the the process of cooking a meal, sometimes it's easier to not have to cook at all.
